Next to rust, concrete is one of my favorite materials to photograph. Whether it provides a background, a texture or is the subject of the image I am always fascinated by the modern building material. In this project I've focused on concrete as the main subject and it's decay and interaction with other decaying materials.

Concrete is one of my favorite materials to photograph.  It is a modern canvas.  A living canvas whose surface is always changing with the seasons and the weather.    Its shapes, texture, interactions, and corrosion have such aesthetic appeal.  Enjoy this selection of concrete images.  A collection of favorites.
